Q: Is your site secure? Will it be safe to send out information over your website? A: StoreFront, powered by Homestead, provides Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption throughout the order process. The SSL protocol has become the universal standard on the Web for authenticating sites and for encrypting communications between users and Web servers. With SSL, all information is encrypted by the sending software and decrypted by the receiving software, protecting private information from interception over the Internet. In other words, your information is scrambled. Not only that, but all data sent over an encrypted SSL connection is protected with a mechanism for detecting tampering. Any data altered in transit is automatically detected. So you, as a customer, can confidently send private data, such as personal information, to your store, trusting that SSL keeps it private and confidential.

Q: How do you ship? A: I ship via United States Postal Sevice, usually Priority Mail.

Q: What does "Will Call" mean on the drop down shipping menu mean? A: This is for local residents in the Cape May/Atlantic Counties of New Jersey to use if they would like to personally pick up the items they are ordering. Choosing this method will cancel out shipping charges, but should only be used by local residents.

Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Yes, but obviously I will have to estimate the shipping for you separately. Please order as usual, and expect an email from me telling you what the additional shipping charges will be.

Q: How should I choose the right musical instruments for my child? A: If you are confused or overwhelmed by the amount of choices here, please call me! I would be very glad to guide you. I answer all calls within 24 hours.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?  A: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard.

Q: When I try to order, it keeps taking me to PayPal, and I can't seem to get through to payment. A: You do not have to have a PayPal account to charge to your Visa or Mastercard. There is a place on their payment page where you can simply hit the Mastercard or Visa option. If you do not want to go through the Paypal Page at all, and it keeps taking you there, please email me and I will reset your account so you can choose your charge card option.

Q: I have a coupon code but I can't figure out where to put it to receive the credit.  A: There is a box right underneath your password box when you sign in to your account.
